At Hott Lash we pride ourselves on being transparent about our policies with all of our clients. If you have any questions about any policy below please feel free to contact our team.

Cancellation

At Hott Salons, we want you to feel comfortable when scheduling an appointment. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

 

Please note that if you cancel or forget your appointment without giving us enough notice, we will miss the opportunity to book another guest and potentially have someone from our waiting list receive services.

 

A confirmation text message and/or email is sent for all appointments, so there will be no confusion about whether or not you remembered to schedule your appointment. As these services are reserved just for you, a late cancellation fee and/or no-show fee will apply if the appointment is missed.

 

Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge on the scheduled service.

 

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of scheduled services missed 10 minutes after the appointment window.

 

You can view, change, or cancel your appointment by using our app or website. Or you may call us at any time to help with making changes/cancellations.

 

For guests of Hott Lash: Please remove any eye makeup and refrain from consuming caffeine for 3-4 hours prior to your appointment. Be sure to be fully relaxed during the entire duration of treatment, with eyes closed throughout.

 

Because of our cancellation policy, we are able to alert standby guests about vacancies on the schedule.
